An invitation to a journey

That takes you deep inside yourself

And then brings you right back out again

To an opportunity

To explore

New ways of creating deep, insight

Imagine

That you are now on the first steps of a journey

With an untold number of destinations

Destinations that serve to

Take you deeper and

Deeper

Into a sense

Of delight

And as you wait to arrive at each destination

You can marvel at how strange it seems that

Sometimes you feel heavy

And sometimes

You feel, light

And maby

You’ve noticed

That if you wait

You can feel,

Heavy

Right

Now

And if you wait long enough

You can feel light again

And you may notice for example

That if you pay attention to your hands

That the weight of one hang is heavier then the other

And that the weight of the other hand is lighter

I don’t know if the right hand is lighter

Or if the right hand is heavier

Or if the left hand is heaver or lighter then the right

But you can know

That the hand that is heavier

Right now

Is the right hand to feel heavy

And that the other hand is left to feel

Light

And it occurs to me

That if you can feel light

And you can see light

Then what can you hear right now

As a child

You may have noticed

How a flashlight shows up a small area

In sharp clarity

And as you move the flashlight

Different sights come into the light

And shapes

Colors

Spring out of the darkness

And you may have noticed

That you could turn the light off

And on

And off

Again

And you know

That you began this journey

As a child

That you took the first steps on this path of discovery

Before you could walk

Farther back then that

Even farther back

Before birth

As consciousness

And awareness

Gradually dawned in the whom

Becoming aware

And noticing the lightness

Floating

Fully relaxed

And supported

You can learn to count on the relaxation

As one’s consciousness

Automatically expands

And illuminates

As your attention cannot

Not

Focus on something

And you’re awareness

Grows

From a nascent possibility to

Focus now

Like a flashlight

Lighting on this

And then that

Free

To grow

And on

And ever on

Counting farther

On the positively

Magical

Emergence

Of self

In and as yet

Unborn

Child

I once know a while man

Who would say

Build a special place

In your heart

For those you love

And who you would wish to see grow

And see that place bathed in a light

And see that place bigger

See that place

Clearer

And see yourself in that place

See yourself in that place

Now

Bathe in the light

I wonder what it might feel like

To be

Intensely curious

Wait

That’s right

For

What seemed to be left

Is light

As a new born child

You came into the world

Fresh

To sensation

Seeing light

And dark

Hearing new sounds

Feeling sensations

Against your skin

Warm and cool

Rough

And smoooooth

And you learn now

As you learned then

To distinguish between things

And to bring things together

To separate experiences

And to join

And there are many ways to separate

Just as there are many ways

To bring back together

And see yourself

In that special place in your heart

How would you like to be

What changes would you like to make

What is your potential

Which way do you want to GROW

And make that bigger

Make that image clearer

And step into that image

And step in that image

And look out through your eye’s

Realize that motion

Deep within the self

Emerges

In a festival of delight

I wonder what it might feel like,

And I wonder,

How must a caterpillar must feel

Inside the cocoon

As identity shifts

Dissolves

Blends

And is reorganized

Is taken apart

And rejoined

In new

And tranceformative ways

And

If

In the cocoon of your unconscious mind

You can find neeeeew insights

Neeeewwwwww understandings

As your unconscious now takes apart

And puts together you experience

In new and powerful ways

And if tomorrow

You emerged from the cocoon

Fully awake for the first time

How would that feel

As new potential is realized

Emerging now form the cocoon

With the new found freedom of flight

What if

The next stage of your evolution

Takes you

Into the world

With new energies

With new power

And new understanding

What if

You step from the cocoon of your nurturing place

To feel new energy coercing through your body

To breath in

And feel wings of delight

Emerging from your shoulders

Spreading out

Out

Into the world

To feel yourself massively grow

And incredibly light

And to launch yourself

Out

To new destinations

I wonder what it might feel like

The next stage of your evolution

Is nowwwwww

As you become aware of emergence

The process

Apears as a cycle

Soooo

As you breath in

You take a part

And put together

New insights

And

As you breath

A new self

Emerges

As you go

In

Side

Your unconscious

Synthesises

New knowing

And as you come out

A new you can go into the world

As you sleep

Whole new worlds

Can come into being

And as you awaken

A new power

Comes into play

And it doesn’t matter if you believe in reincarnation

But it seems to me

That there is a new you

Born a new

Each time you breath in

And out

A new step taken

Every time you take a step

And a transformation taking place

Deep within

And far without

With each new awakening

Lighter now

And drawn up into a reorganized

Understanding of the time and space that exists within and without you

Into the power that exists within and without you

The light

That illuminates the universe around you

And within you

Tomorrows part of the journey

Is yet to be undertaken

To enjoy to its fullest
